Payment of your account is required on the day of your consultation. This can be through EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or cash.

A Medicare rebate is available for consultations with a valid GP or treating practioner referral. Please note, this is a partial rebate and out-of-pocket costs will apply. Physiotherapist is not recognised as a treating practitioner for referrals

Our reception team can process your claim immediately and the rebate will be deposited directly back into your bank account. Without a current referral, we will be unable to claim for you.

Patients with claims through Workcover, the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), or other third-party insurers should provide all claim details before their appointment.

Private health insurance may cover hospital and surgical costs, depending on your level of cover. Our team can guide you through expected costs and help you understand your options.

Our team can guide you through expected costs and help you understand your options with a quote for your surgical treatment. The quote will include,

• Hospital costs (theatre costs, anticipated hospital stay)

• Implant costs 

• Surgical costs (Surgeon, Surgical Assistant, Aneasthetist)

• Physician costs (if required)

Please note this is an estimate, and costs may increase due to further investigations, post-operative HDU/ICU stay or additional implant use (such as extra meniscal sutures during knee arthroscopy and meniscal repair surgery or the use of additional metal augments used for revision hip or knee surgery).
